It has been long time since I posted a article here.. Anyways by God's grace here is one which I believe would bring you back to LIFE...
Now I'm going to share some thing about becoming God's Kid from Romans chapter 8....

How to become God's Kid ? ? ?

Who are the children of God?

First of all my Holy Bible doesn't call the Believers as God's children, or those who are baptized in the name of the Father, Son and the holy Ghost or people with "christian" names rather it calls them those who are led by HIS SPIRIT as God's own children.

For all who are led by the Spirit of God are children of God. [NLT]- Romans 8:14

How did we become God’s Children?

O. K. Now how did we become God's children even as we are still sinners?? Romans 8:1-4 says
Therefore, there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus, 2because through Christ Jesus the law of the Spirit of life set me free from the law of sin and death. 3For what the law was powerless to do in that it was weakened by the sinful nature, God did by sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful man to be a sin offering. And so he condemned sin in sinful man, 4in order that the righteous requirements of the law might be fully met in us, who do not live according to the sinful nature but according to the Spirit.-Romans 8:1-4.[NIV]

now look at the phrase highlighted in blue.. He(God) condemned sin in sinful man and not the sinful nature. This sinful nature of man in still in us, that is why this flesh of ours is tempted every time and drags us to sin more and more...
Imagine that God had destroyed the sinful nature of the sinful man, Oh my goodness then we would not have wanted salvation or Jesus Christ because we would never sin if we were not sinful in nature...
Now let me explain this with a picture which I worked out:


Now see as this sinful man sins as per Romans 6:23 we should die.

But my dear friends, Romans 8:2 says "... the power of the living Spirit has freed you..."and because the Spirit we are free from the power of sin which will lead to death but now we have Life


wow what a blessed savior we have..

All is well but now how to give the Holy Ghost 100% control??

The Bible says in James chapter 3 that the tongue is the generator room for the whole body, It is the steering wheel. When the human tongue is restless, doing all sorts of non-sense.
The only way to control it is praying and praising in tongues, because when we speak in tongues, we don't understand or know its meaning unless we are gifted with the gift of interpretation of tongues.
So even without we knowing the Holy Spirit starts taking control of us. Oh what a joy it is... Because when the Spirit of God starts controlling us we will be God's Kid
not only that, a brain scientist from Oral Roberts University, Dr. Carl Peterson has reported that"as people pray and worship God in tongues, the brain releases two chemical secretions which give our immune system a 35-40% boost, and promotes healing in our bodies! As amazing as this seems the secretion comes from a part of the brain which has no other apparent activity in humans. The only way to activate it is by praying in the Spirit."at the end of his long term experiments...

Its as simple as that Speak in tongues be on the King of King's lap:-)

Life's Den

Hi friends,
Few weeks back I was hacked up by so many problems everywhere. Was not able to get out of it easily because it was all mental tortures and suddenly one fine day God reminded me something from the Bible which I already knew. I just wanted to share it with you so that it may be useful for you. There was a young man in the bible who went through the same situation. He is named Daniel…you will understand the story when you look into the bible Daniel chapter 6 …He was appointed to be an administrator of that kingdom. It was such a noble position what anyone could dream about…Daniel was doing excellent in his job. By identifying his exceptional qualities, the king planned to set him over the kingdom. But his colleagues were unhappy about it. They tried to defame him by all means. But no one could find fault in him. Finally they complained to king and they forced king to make a rule that no one should worship any other God or man other than king in next thirty days, else shall be thrown into lions’ den.
But Daniel did not stop praying or giving thanks to his Living God and the rulers found it out and they bring this into the king’s notice. Because the king liked Daniel very much, he tried to save him but it was in vain. .Finally the king gave order to throw Daniel into the lions’ den .The very next day the king hurried into the lions’ den and to his surprise he found Daniel with out any wound on him. Daniel said to the king,” MY GOD SENT HIS ANGELS, AND HE SHUT THE MOUTHS OF THE LIONS.THEY HAVE NOT HURT ME BECAUSE I WAS FOUND INNOCENT IN HIS SIGHT. (Daniel 6 : 22)..
Even as you read this, you too may be in a situation where some problems at your home seems to be a den where fierce problems await to swallow you fast or may be emotional problems, mentally affected because of failures. What ever it may be I write to tell you that the God of Daniel is still alive Amen. Daniel was set free and no wound found on him because he had trusted in his God (Daniel 6: 23)...What ever the situation may be you are in keep trusting HIM and HE will lift you up from the situation without a dust on you..
My dear sister, dear brother God is talking to you personally now as you are reading this. He is promising you that HE will guard you by HIS angels. No harm will touch you. You are precious in HIS sight. His words are true. The same God who rescued Daniel from the lion’s den will save you also. Keep trusting in HIM. Do not give up. You are standing with the winner on the battle field that is JESUS…VICTORY BELONGS TO YOU… say a Amen.

Worship: The Jacob Way

Hi pal,
hope you are rejoicing in the Lord. Few months ago while I was getting ready to pray the Lord taught me about worship-the Jacob's way. Let me go into the subject now.

Genesis 35:1-7
verse 1
God said to Jacob, " Now move on to Bethel and settle there. Build an alter there to worship me-the God who appeared to you when you fled from your brother, Esau."

verse2
So Jacob told everyone in his household, "Destroy your idols, wash yourselves, and put on clean clothing.

verse3
We are now going to Bethel, where I will build an alter to the God who answered my prayers when I was in distress. He has stayed with me wherever I have gone."

verse4
So they gave Jacob all their idols and their earrings, and he buried them beneath the tree near Shechem.

verse5
When they set out again, terror from God came over the people in all towns of that area, and no one attacked them.



This is the passage. Now the context is when Levi and Simeon had destroyed the city of Shechem, Jacob was afraid that Shechem and their allies would attack them.
That is when the Lord spoke to Jacob and said (v1) "Now move on to Bethel and settle there. Build an alter there to worship me-the God who appeared to you when you fled from your brother, Esau"

Bethel- House Of God (or) The Place where God dwells.
The Lord God invites Jacob to His own home to build an alter there ie., to worship Him. Here the Lord shows Himself as a God who rescues His people. But it is so interesting to read what Jacob told his household

# Destroy your idols,
# Wash yourselves and
# Put on new clothing.

Wow, He knew what worship was. He told his family especially to Levi and Simeon to destroy the idols they got from the plunder, to take a shower and to wear new clothes for their were going to Bethel.

My dear friends, we too need to know that before setting out for worship we need to destroy our idols, the things which has replaced God's place in our lives. We need to get rid of the filthy, nasty dirt by allowing Jesus Christ to wash us with His Blood and put on a new clothing, a clothing of praise. Isaiah 61:10 says "To appoint unto them that mourn in Zion, to give unto them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the GARMENT OF PRAISE for the spirit of heaviness; that they might be called trees of righteousness, the planting of the LORD, that he might be glorified."

When they did these things and set out to worship the Lord and the Lord's terror struck the city of Shechem and their allies(v5). Because PRAISE can pull down any obstruction, all of satan's plans are demolished say Amen. When God's people start praising Him, He Himself comes into their position, that is what happened when Israelites faced the great wall of Jericho.

In verse 1 we see that the Lord shows Himself as the One Who rescued, then Jacob understands and recoginses God as His only rescuer. Now in verse 3 Jacob says that the Lord STAYED with him wherever he went. This clearly shows the closeness of Jacob with the God of his ancestors. That is why the Lord says in v1 "Now move on to Bethel and SETTLE DOWN...." What a previledge for the great man that the Lord Himself invites Jacob to Settle down in His own home(Bethel). First God was with Jacob, now Jacob is with God. This is what worship will do.


Now,

Worship: The Jacob Way is

1) Self Examination (Destroying the idols)
2) Cleansing (Washing by Jesus' Blood)
3) Thanking Him (As Jacob praised God for He rescued him)
4) Worship (Pleasing Him)


Lets Pray:
Darling Jesus, My Father help me to worship you THE JACOB' WAY, Amen.
