MIKE’S CHURCH MANAGER-1

The Mike’s Church Manger-1 figures out the functionalities of Church Management. It is mainly projected to ease the management to handle the different processes of church activities, such as maintaining the family records and their status in the Church, pupil’s records of different classes conducted on and off the campus, and various kinds of transactions handled by the church management and etc. This software has different modules accordance with the processes of church’s activities. And it is enabled to adopt inclusion of new things and changes to satisfy the requirements. These modules are listed below and explained briefly for use:

FAMILY INFORMATION is a module which accommodates whole information about the families belonging to the church. It includes name, address, and status etc. It also generates a unique code for each family.

MEMBER INFORMATION module separates the information for a particular person in a family as well as in a Church. It includes the details such as name, family code, address, talents, marital status and etc. The software generates a unique code with which things are made easy for managing the records of that person.

CLASS INFORMATION module gives the space for storing the details of class/ care cell. It includes name of the members, class in-charge, and venue of the class.

CLASS MEMBER
is another module to handle an individual person’s details such as name and member code for the pupil. It also helps in maintaining the attendance of a each member and hence generating a report of absentees etc.

ATTENDANCE module is a special space providing the option to register the attendance of each member in the church.

ASSETS INFORMATION module is mainly to accumulate the information of resources and assets of the church.

CONTRIBUTION module stores the details of various kinds of contributions towards the church such as Donations, and Gifts.

PRAYER REQUEST module reduces the stress in memorizing the requests made by the members to be done for the needy. It enables the user to keep track of Prayer requests come from the people.

CREDITS module enables you to keep records of all credits from various sources.

EXPENSE is the last module which covers the details of all out going transaction for a church.
In all these modules are provided the facility to ADD, MODIFY, DELETE, and VIEW the details with the database.

A special work is done on ‘Report Generation’ for immediate information, for the make the work easy for the management of a Church. And this eases the managers in retrieving the correct information on time. Finally, this software will help the managers in churches to handle the data as E-Data rather than hard data with less energy and full accuracy.
