Hello everybody..
It has been long time since I posted a article here.. Anyways by God's grace here is one which I believe would bring you back to LIFE...
Now I'm going to share some thing about becoming God's Kid from Romans chapter 8....

How to become God's Kid ? ? ?

Who are the children of God?

First of all my Holy Bible doesn't call the Believers as God's children, or those who are baptized in the name of the Father, Son and the holy Ghost or people with "christian" names rather it calls them those who are led by HIS SPIRIT as God's own children.

For all who are led by the Spirit of God are children of God. [NLT]- Romans 8:14

How did we become God’s Children?

O. K. Now how did we become God's children even as we are still sinners?? Romans 8:1-4 says
Therefore, there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus, 2because through Christ Jesus the law of the Spirit of life set me free from the law of sin and death. 3For what the law was powerless to do in that it was weakened by the sinful nature, God did by sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful man to be a sin offering. And so he condemned sin in sinful man, 4in order that the righteous requirements of the law might be fully met in us, who do not live according to the sinful nature but according to the Spirit.-Romans 8:1-4.[NIV]

now look at the phrase highlighted in blue.. He(God) condemned sin in sinful man and not the sinful nature. This sinful nature of man in still in us, that is why this flesh of ours is tempted every time and drags us to sin more and more...
Imagine that God had destroyed the sinful nature of the sinful man, Oh my goodness then we would not have wanted salvation or Jesus Christ because we would never sin if we were not sinful in nature...
Now let me explain this with a picture which I worked out:

Now see as this sinful man sins as per Romans 6:23 we should die.

But my dear friends, Romans 8:2 says "... the power of the living Spirit has freed you..."and because the Spirit we are free from the power of sin which will lead to death but now we have Life

wow what a blessed savior we have..

All is well but now how to give the Holy Ghost 100% control??

The Bible says in James chapter 3 that the tongue is the generator room for the whole body, It is the steering wheel. When the human tongue is restless, doing all sorts of non-sense.
The only way to control it is praying and praising in tongues, because when we speak in tongues, we don't understand or know its meaning unless we are gifted with the gift of interpretation of tongues.
So even without we knowing the Holy Spirit starts taking control of us. Oh what a joy it is... Because when the Spirit of God starts controlling us we will be God's Kid
not only that, a brain scientist from Oral Roberts University, Dr. Carl Peterson has reported that"as people pray and worship God in tongues, the brain releases two chemical secretions which give our immune system a 35-40% boost, and promotes healing in our bodies! As amazing as this seems the secretion comes from a part of the brain which has no other apparent activity in humans. The only way to activate it is by praying in the Spirit."at the end of his long term experiments...

Its as simple as that Speak in tongues be on the King of King's lap:-)

I was lead by the Holy Spirit to teach a bunch of young people about Praise and Workshop. Here is what I taught them. These are prepared from few websites, different versions of the Bible as per the Leading of the Holy Spirit.

Praise & Worship Workshop

Purpose of Praise & Worship
An appropriate place to begin a study on praise and worship would be with God's presence. We need to understand that the purpose of praise and worship is two-fold. First, to glorify God, and second, to enter His presence.

Is there anything more wonderful than entering into the presence of God? The definition of presence is "being within sight or call, being in company with, personal attendance". It means to sit and worship at His feet, and be overcome with His love. After all, we were created to fellowship with the Father.

The Hebrew word K'vod is translated chabod or kabod, and means weight or weightiness. "Glory" is the definition we most often attribute to this word, but it also means "honour, power, dignity, authority, splendour, and magnificence". The word K'vod comes from a root word meaning "to be heavy, to be glorious, to be honourable". When we pray and praise the Lord asking for His glory and His presence to dwell in our midst, we are asking that His presence, His magnificence, His splendour, His power would be displayed among us.

In Exodus 29:43-45 God says, "And there I will meet with the children of Israel, and the tabernacle shall be sanctified by my glory.
And I will sanctify the tabernacle of the congregation, and the altar: I will sanctify also both Aaron and his sons, to minister to me in the priest's office. And I will dwell among the children of Israel, and will be their God."

In this passage of scripture the Lord is saying that the tabernacle will be consecrated by His glory; that He himself will dwell in it and make it holy by His presence. We have become the tabernacle; the temple of God. We are His sons and daughters, and have assumed the priest's office. We are the Bride of Christ. He desires to dwell in us, in each of us; to make us holy, consecrated, and set apart by His presence.

Stop and think about it. Isn't that awesome? God loves us, and nothing delights Him more than for us to spend time with Him. May we learn to spend time apart with Him, our loving Father, entering into His presence. Our lives will be forever changed by doing so.

What is Worship?
Basically, worship comes out of a heart that loves God, understands what He has done for mankind and is thankful for the big difference this has made in their life. If this does not sound anything like your experience, the following link will take you to a good starting place to find out more.
Singing is a talent inborn or developed but worshipping is anointing which would bring down God’s presence and glory here on earth.
Worship is not something that can be explained in a few sentences, it is even possible to spend most of your time while studying for a degree looking at just worship in all its forms. However, there are some things that need to be remembered about what worship involves:

Worship involves a relationship with a personal God.
Worship is a response to the many astounding benefits of this personal relationship both those experienced in the present and those promised for the future.
Worship involves submission, service and reverence.
Worship takes place on both an individual and corporate level.
Worship may be informal as well as formal.
Worship may take the form of various activities and yet, at its heart, it is still the same thing.
Worship is about attitude not just activity. In other words, it is something beautiful for God rather than a performance to make ourselves look good in front of other people.
Worship is holistic. It involves the whole person as it takes all our strength, all our mind and all our body to love God enough to become living sacrifices for him.

What are praise tools?
Praise instruments are only symbolic, but we can hold them in our hands and physically wave them to express our love and gratitude to Christ our Saviour. When Jesus entered Jerusalem the people waved palm branches as an expression of their love, victory, and freedom. Today, we are waving our flags and hand kerchiefs as an expression of our love, victory, and freedom. We are waving our symbolic "palm branches" to welcome our soon returning King.
Many people consider these instruments of praise to be a new form of worship, when in fact they are only new to us. They are mentioned throughout the Old Testament, and really have just been re-discovered. God is restoring these to His bride. Isaiah 61:10 talks about the bride adorning herself with jewels. These are adornments for the bride to use. Some praise tools are tabrets, flags, hand kerchiefs, praise hoops, streamers, etc. are all physical adornments that symbolize the spiritual. Our whole purpose in using them is to minister to the Lord. They are used as instruments of praise, worship, warfare and intercession.
Why We Use These Instruments Of Praise And Worship?
Although it may not look like it at first, there is actually a great deal going on when we use our flags, praise hoops, and tabrets. It isn't just a pretty show of colors, or an outward exercise of flashiness. Something begins to happen in the heavenlies whenever Jesus is lifted up.

Some of the reasons we use these instruments are:
They are instruments of praise and worship.
They exalt a specific characteristic or name of the Lord.
God is lifted up in our midst.
It is an outward demonstration of what we feel inside.
We confer honour on God when we worship with these instruments.
We use them to minister to the Lord.
They are symbolic weapons of warfare displayed in the midst of the people in order to glorify God and disrupt the enemy's kingdom. At times, you can actually sense the disrupting affect it has over the enemy's ability to control the atmosphere.
This is a form of communication. Angels are aware of our communication with the Lord, as are the demons. The latter are irritated and fearful; at times even cringing and cowering because of the worship going up unto the Lord. Demonic forces hate any type of praise and worship. When you raise your hands in praise, or speak words of praise, or dance unto the Lord; the enemy hates it. He hates the sight of flags and tabrets, and even the sound of them; it grates on his nerves.

You see, Satan had been the worship leader in heaven. Now he is a fallen angel; and we are the worship leaders. Ezekiel 28 says that he was the most beautiful angel, and that he had instruments of music and praise built into him in the form of tabrets and pipes. When we worship, Satan is reminded of everything he lost when he fell from his place in heaven and he is reminded of his coming defeat. This is why he hates it so.

God is watching and to Him it is beautiful. It is a sweet smelling savour, an acceptable offering of our love. But the enemy is also watching, and takes no pleasure in our worship. Be prepared: anything that lifts up and exalts God is going to be fought by the enemy. You can expect opposition. By using these weapons you are entering a war....a war against the enemy. But we need not fear, because we have God on our side. We just need to be obedient in what he tells us to do. At times, God told Israel to send in the praisers and worshipers first; then He rose up and He fought the battles for them.

Worshiping God is the focus here. We are to lift up God, not ourselves. Whether you choose to use the flags and tabrets or not - WORSHIP! Our bodies are instruments of praise and worship. We have a mouth, hands, and feet that can be used to praise the Lord. Find your personal worship style, whether it is clapping your hands, singing, shouting, dancing, or waving a flag or tabret, and exalt the Lord with all your might. He loves us and He is worthy of our praise.

Why should we praise God?
Because of who He is (Ps 149:1)
Praise glorifies God (Ps 50:23)
Because God commands us to do
For all His benefits (Ps 103:2)
For His goodness (Ps 107:21)
For His mighty acts (Ps 150:2)
It is good (Ps 92:1-2, 147:1)
He is worthy (2 Sam 22:4, Ps 18:3)
Praise magnifies God (Ps 69:30)
Praise is proper (Ps33:1)
God inhabits praise (22:3)
Praise generates power (Ps 84:4-7)
To receive right desires (Ps 37:4)
Praise precedes victory (2 Chr 20:21-22)

Worship & Warfare:
Many of us have such a pretty, comforting picture of the cross. We see the forgiveness of our sins, our reconciliation to the Father, and provision for our healings. But do we see the rest of the picture? Jesus was in physical and emotional agony on the cross. Jesus was also in spiritual warfare on the cross. Numerous people view the cross as completely foolish. Many also consider worship to be foolish and weak, when in reality it, too, is a form of warfare.

1 Corinthians 1:27 says, "But God has chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise; and God has chosen the weak things of the world to confound the things which are mighty". Who would have thought that David could really slay Goliath with one small stone? Who would have believed that the walls of Jericho would fall down flat at the shout of the people? Or what about when Samson slew a thousand Philistines with the jawbone of an ass? To the natural eye each of these things seems totally foolish. Yet God was at work in each one of them. How much more foolish is it to stand in front of the entire congregation waving a flag or a tabret around in the air?

Just as there was no actual power in David's stone or Samson's jawbone; there is no actual power in the flags or tabrets. They are symbolic weapons. Praise and worship are weapons in themselves because they lift up God, and tear down the enemy's kingdom. Every time you give true praise unto the Lord a spiritual missile is hurled into the enemy's camp. A missile that causes confusion and destruction. That is why the enemy so hates and so fights our praise. "Blessed be the LORD my strength, which teacheth my hands to war, and my fingers to fight", Psalm 144:1.

Remember: This is Warfare.....not just waving a flag.

By using these instruments of praise and worship you are entering into spiritual warfare.
We are an army! We are the militia of the Lord. A militia by definition is an assemblage of armed citizens brought together for the common defence. In Colonial America, when the militia was mustered, you would see men armed with whatever they had - some with rifles, some with shotguns, some with muskets, others with just pikes and spears. They were there, armed, ready to defend their liberty, their homes, and their families from the onslaught of the enemy.

When you are giving praise to the Lord with your flag or tabret, or even just your bare hands, you, too, are standing up to the onslaught of your enemy. You are in battle for, and with, the Lord. You are a member of the army of the Lord.

We have all heard of hand-to-hand combat. In man's army hand-to-hand combat is a physical one-on-one confrontation with the enemy. In God's army hand-to-hand combat is lifting your hands in praise. Although our enemy is unseen - the combat is real.
Remember: The Lord inhabits the praises of His people.
This means God lives in, dwells in, our praise. Our praise actually creates an atmosphere for God to dwell in. Where God dwells there is peace. Where God dwells there is joy. Where God dwells there is salvation. Where God dwells there is deliverance. Where God dwells there is victory!

The definition of praise is "to laud, to celebrate; a joyful tribute of gratitude or reverence paid to the Divine Being. To commend, to applaud, to extol, to magnify".

Psalm 66:1-2, "Make a joyful noise unto God, all ye lands: Sing forth the honour of his name: make his praise glorious!"

Psalm 100, "Make a joyful noise unto the LORD, all ye lands. Serve the LORD with gladness: come before his presence with singing. Know ye that the LORD he is God: it is he that hath made us and not we ourselves; we are his people and the sheep of his pasture. Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praise: be thankful unto him, and bless his name. For the LORD is good; his mercy is everlasting; and his truth endureth to all generations."

Psalm 150, "Praise ye the LORD. Praise God in his sanctuary: praise him in the firmament of his power. Praise him for his mighty acts: praise him according to his excellent greatness. Praise him with the sound of the trumpet: praise him with the psaltery and harp. Praise him with the timbrel and dance: praise him with stringed instruments and organs. Praise him upon the loud cymbals; praise him upon the high sounding cymbals. Let everything that hath breath praise the LORD. Praise ye the LORD."
Dress Code:
Some may feel this is not necessary, but after much prayer and consideration I have decided to go ahead and include it. It has, however, been difficult to write because I do not want to offend or appear legalistic. I feel it is important because this type of worship is new to many people, and also new to many churches. I present this information in the hope that it will help you avoid problems before they occur.

Care needs to be taken in the area of dress. We have to be aware of how we appear to others. We are endeavouring to bring praise to our Saviour, and to lift up and glorify the Lord; not to call attention to ourselves because of improper attire. We do not want to offend others, or cause our brother to fall.

Romans 14:12-13 says, "So then every one of us shall give account of himself to God. Let us not therefore judge one another anymore: but judge this rather, that no man put a stumblingblock or an occasion to fall in his brother's way".

Webster's dictionary defines a stumblingblock as "any cause of stumbling; that which forms a difficulty in one's way or which causes offense". Modesty is the key here. Modesty is "being restrained by a sense of propriety; not forward, unpretending, free from anything suggestive of sexual impurity; moderate; not excessive, extreme, or extravagant".

With this in mind let's look at a few specific areas:
Inner garments -
Make sure your undergarments fits properly
If necessary consider buying good quality garments

Blouses/Shirts -
Make sure necklines are not too low and revealing
Make sure sleeve lengths or openings are not too revealing
Length not too short when stretching or bending

Dresses/Skirts -
Not too constrictive
Modest length
Slits should not be cut too high
Not too short when bending over
Garment should not creep or ride up
If you spin; do not wear full skirts

Slacks -
Should fit properly but not be too tight

Tight fitting clothes -
These are not modest or appropriate

If you are unsure about whether or not your clothing is suitable; try it on in front of the mirror and move around. Check to see how you look while bending over, raising your arms, and etcetera. We have both done this and found it to be quite helpful.

Lastly, relax and enjoy praising and worshiping the Lord. By taking the time to check your attire beforehand you will have freed your mind from needless distractions.

Who is a worship leader?

One who cannot worship alone can never be a good worship leader. A person who leads worship should follow the above instruction in order to lead by example and not by command.

Life's Den

Hi friends,
Few weeks back I was hacked up by so many problems everywhere. Was not able to get out of it easily because it was all mental tortures and suddenly one fine day God reminded me something from the Bible which I already knew. I just wanted to share it with you so that it may be useful for you. There was a young man in the bible who went through the same situation. He is named Daniel…you will understand the story when you look into the bible Daniel chapter 6 …He was appointed to be an administrator of that kingdom. It was such a noble position what anyone could dream about…Daniel was doing excellent in his job. By identifying his exceptional qualities, the king planned to set him over the kingdom. But his colleagues were unhappy about it. They tried to defame him by all means. But no one could find fault in him. Finally they complained to king and they forced king to make a rule that no one should worship any other God or man other than king in next thirty days, else shall be thrown into lions’ den.
But Daniel did not stop praying or giving thanks to his Living God and the rulers found it out and they bring this into the king’s notice. Because the king liked Daniel very much, he tried to save him but it was in vain. .Finally the king gave order to throw Daniel into the lions’ den .The very next day the king hurried into the lions’ den and to his surprise he found Daniel with out any wound on him. Daniel said to the king,” MY GOD SENT HIS ANGELS, AND HE SHUT THE MOUTHS OF THE LIONS.THEY HAVE NOT HURT ME BECAUSE I WAS FOUND INNOCENT IN HIS SIGHT. (Daniel 6 : 22)..
Even as you read this, you too may be in a situation where some problems at your home seems to be a den where fierce problems await to swallow you fast or may be emotional problems, mentally affected because of failures. What ever it may be I write to tell you that the God of Daniel is still alive Amen. Daniel was set free and no wound found on him because he had trusted in his God (Daniel 6: 23)...What ever the situation may be you are in keep trusting HIM and HE will lift you up from the situation without a dust on you..
My dear sister, dear brother God is talking to you personally now as you are reading this. He is promising you that HE will guard you by HIS angels. No harm will touch you. You are precious in HIS sight. His words are true. The same God who rescued Daniel from the lion’s den will save you also. Keep trusting in HIM. Do not give up. You are standing with the winner on the battle field that is JESUS…VICTORY BELONGS TO YOU… say a Amen.

Who Are We (Part-II) ? ? ? The Tabernacle

Greetings to you in the name of the most Holy King, Jesus Christ. I am so glad to write to great ministers God. In my last post I've written about 'The Temple'. And here I am now writing the second part of this series 'Who are we?' Few days back the Spirit of the Lord dragged me into the Scriptures, and it was Exodus and I was really excited when I came to know that we are THE TABERNACLE.

The Tabernacle is also called as the Tent of Meeting, because this was the place where the Lord God Almighty would meet with Moses whenever He wanted to. This was the place where the people of Israel would run to whenever they needed some counsel; this was the place where the Lord's presence was so intense.
The Holy Spirit put a strong feeling in me that I am The Tabernacle.
If you feel that you are one too, say AMEN....

Exodus 40:34-38 [34 Then the cloud covered the Tabernacle, and the glory of the Lord filled the Tabernacle. ³⁵ Moses could no longer enter the Tabernacle because the cloud had settled down over it, and the glory of the Lord filled the Tabernacle.

³⁶ Now whenever the cloud lifted from the Tabernacle, the people of Israel would set out on their journey, following it. ³⁷ But if the cloud did not rise, they remained where they were until it lifted. ³⁸ord hovered over the Tabernacle during the day, and at night fire glowed inside the cloud so the whole family of Israel could see it. This continued throughout all their journeys.]

Characteristics of a Tabernacle:

When the Lord commanded Moses to build a Tabernacle He gave him the full fledged sketch of it, so that it would be built perfectly. In the same way the Lord is expecting 100% perfection from you and me. He expects us to be His Tabernacle so that He will demonstrate His Might through us to guide His people.

1) Purity- the basic Criterion:

The Lord wanted Moses to keep everything within the Tabernacle pure, small or big, animal or people, ornaments or utensils, all He wanted was purity. Even today the Lord wants us to be pure in every part of our lives purity in actions, words, thoughts and deeds.

2) Ark of the Covenant:

The Ark of the Covenant was placed in the most holy place of the Tabernacle. The tablets of stone on which the Ten Commandments were inscribed were kept inside the Ark of the Covenant with the rod of Aaron and the heavenly Manna. Likewise you and I should have the Word in our hearts, the authority of the Word and should be a follower of the Word. Manna is a heavenly food which gives life. Following the Word will let the Spirit live.

3) His Presence and His glory:

The Israelites would set out on their journey when the cloud lifted from the Tabernacle and remain camped if the cloud did not rise. This clearly explains the fact that the Lord dictated over the people of Israel from the Tabernacle, every single move of the Israelites was controlled by the Lord as per His wish. In our lives too, we should let the Lord dictate over us, if you are a leader of a church let the Lord dictate your church, if you are a leader of a fellowship, let the Lord dictate your fellowship wherein no one would be able to question the management because the Lord reigns.

4) Not the Tabernacle:

Even though the Tabernacle was considered as the holiest place, it was not because of the ornaments used for decorating or the furnishings used which made it holy but it was only because of the mere presence of the Lord which made the difference.

5) Burn Out:

The most important thing which the Lord requires is that the fire in the altar should never be put off. You and I who allow the Lord to reside within us should never cease worshiping the Lord with the sweet incense called praise, so that the Lord will continue to reside within us and will be our guide. Let God be the master over your life, allow Him even to the darker areas of life wherein you can allow no one.

Even as you have read this article, let the Lord dictate over your lives.

When people come to you seeking counsel, prayer, deliverance or anything for that matter, and if miracles happen, remember that it is not because of our abilities or our strength but by His Spirit.

Let us be the carriers of the Word and His glory.

Hi Saints of God, Last weekend I and My Team were in a retreat, Organized by Mr. Walter for the families of St. Matthew's Church here in trichy. The Holy Spirit was in action as we taught the Word in a different dimension.

I preached on 'The Temple' and my dear brother in Christ, Anto preached about 'Bearing Fruits'.

MIKE’S CHURCH MANAGER-1

“All things must be done properly and in an orderly manner”

The Mike’s Church Manger-1 figures out the functionalities of Church Management. It is mainly projected to ease the management to handle the different processes of church activities, such as maintaining the family records and their status in the Church, pupil’s records of different classes conducted on and off the campus, and various kinds of transactions handled by the church management and etc. This software has different modules accordance with the processes of church’s activities. And it is enabled to adopt inclusion of new things and changes to satisfy the requirements. These modules are listed below and explained briefly for use:

FAMILY INFORMATION is a module which accommodates whole information about the families belonging to the church. It includes name, address, and status etc. It also generates a unique code for each family.

MEMBER INFORMATION module separates the information for a particular person in a family as well as in a Church. It includes the details such as name, family code, address, talents, marital status and etc. The software generates a unique code with which things are made easy for managing the records of that person.

CLASS INFORMATION module gives the space for storing the details of class/ care cell. It includes name of the members, class in-charge, and venue of the class.

CLASS MEMBER is another module to handle an individual person’s details such as name and member code for the pupil. It also helps in maintaining the attendance of a each member and hence generating a report of absentees etc.

ATTENDANCE module is a special space providing the option to register the attendance of each member in the church.

ASSETS INFORMATION module is mainly to accumulate the information of resources and assets of the church.

CONTRIBUTION module stores the details of various kinds of contributions towards the church such as Donations, and Gifts.

PRAYER REQUEST module reduces the stress in memorizing the requests made by the members to be done for the needy. It enables the user to keep track of Prayer requests come from the people.

CREDITS module enables you to keep records of all credits from various sources.

EXPENSE is the last module which covers the details of all out going transaction for a church.
In all these modules are provided the facility to ADD, MODIFY, DELETE, and VIEW the details with the database.

A special work is done on ‘Report Generation’ for immediate information, for the make the work easy for the management of a Church. And this eases the managers in retrieving the correct information on time. Finally, this software will help the managers in churches to handle the data as E-Data rather than hard data with less energy and full accuracy.

WHO ARE WE? ? ? (Part-1)

The Temple

Dear friend praise the Lord for He is too good.
One day as I was meditating the Word, the Holy Spirit took me through Matthew chapter 21 and as I was reading the verse 12 "Jesus entered the Temple and began to drive out the merchants and their customers....”(NLT) I got struck. I could not move further, it sounded as if there were some sense in it. Then the Holy Spirit reminded me of my past when I seemed to be trading with Satan, buying and selling his nasty and filthy products, sinking into this world without hope. Then Jesus Christ entered into my life voluntarily and cleared the mess out of me. Shout Hallelujah if the Lord has done something similar in your life too.

As it is written in 1Corinthians chapter 3 verse 17 "...... and you are that Temple” (NIV). We are the Temple in which the Lord God Almighty resides. In 2 Chronicles 6:18 Solomon says "There's not enough room in all of heaven for you, LORD God. How could you possibly live on earth in this temple I have built?" (CEV). What an awesome God we serve? Even then the Lord's presence was so explicit in the Temple that Solomon built. If that temple which was built by human hands, if that Temple which was washed by the blood of animals carried such a glorious presence. But we are wonderfully and fearfully made by the Master Creator, washed by the blameless blood of Jesus, chosen and commissioned for His work, how much more should we be?
Let me take you to Luke 8:43-46 ‘Now a woman, having a flow of blood for twelve years, who had spent all her livelihood on physicians and could not be healed by any, came from behind and touched the border of His garment. And immediately her flow of blood stopped. And Jesus said, "Who touched Me?" When all denied it, Peter and those with him said, “Master, the multitudes throng and press You, and You say, ‘Who touched Me?’' But Jesus said, “Somebody touched Me, for I perceived power going out from Me.”
Here the garment of Jesus symbolizes His glory, the incident on the mount of Transfiguration also suggests the same. That is why healing power came out of Jesus when the Lady with the bleeding touched His garment. Now in Isaiah 6:1 "In the year that King Uzziah died I saw the Lord sitting upon a throne, high and lifted up; and the hem of his robe filled the temple."(ESV)
Wow....
Look at this Isaiah saw a vision in which the glory of the Lord has filled the Temple.
The Lord is so cautious about the making of His temple. As we read in Leviticus where the Lord commanded Moses about the construction of His Home, we can clearly infer that He is so keen in building His residence. That is the reason why He allowed His body to be demolished so that our bodies will be temples of His glory.

Don't forget that His glory is upon you!!!
You and I are the Temples of God.

Let us be the residing address of the Lord God Almighty.

Hooreeeeeeeeyyy….I found my VALENTINE

The world is celebrating Valentine’s Day on Feb 14th.You can see love everywhere. It is in the air, on the road & every corner. Where ever you turn you see red roses, red balloons & chocolates. People are waiting for Feb 14th, so that they can express the love to their dear ones. The world believes in a specific day to show off love.

Dear friend, what do you say about this? Do you agree with me when I say love is in giving than receiving? I stand on the ground of ‘GIVING’ love because I was a person who was wandering for some kind of love. I met many but no one was ready to give what I was longing for. I was craving for the perfect, selfless love. I thought the world can satisfy me and I tried many ways for that…But I became disappointed when I realized that the world is looking forward to satisfy its fleshly desires. I became silent for months, doing nothing but still expecting that person who can really love me with everything he has. Even I tried to end my life because I was left alone. During my silent days, something started working in me. Somebody reminded me about a friend of mine. I recollected my childhood days. I knew this friend from my childhood but I never took this friendship seriously, but he was serious with me. He followed me where ever I went because He was faithful to me. One day he broke the silence and came to my life and asked me,” My love, why are you searching for this worldly love when I am ready to give my life for you?” I started weeping. I looked at the mirror and told myself….”Hey it’s not too late. This is your day. He is calling you. Invite him to your life. He will give everything for you. He will meet all our needs. He cares for you more than anyone else. Do not neglect him anymore”….On the very spot I took the greatest decision in my life….INVITING THIS BEST FRIEND OF MINE TO MY LIFE FOR EVER….I can see your eyes widening with curiosity to know who is this friend? I am breaking the surprise. It is none other than J E S U S...

Well, are you single and ready to mingle? Are you in a relationship from whom you are not getting the real care and affection which you need? Are you thinking whom to trust when everyone left you alone? Last year you celebrated valentines day with your lover but this year that person is not with you because he/she found you unworthy….This is the right time for you. I am sure you also want to enjoy Valentine’s Day like others. Enjoy, but with the right person, that is JESUS. This Jesus will care for you; love you unconditionally, patiently for ever. Because HIS DAD sent Jesus to this world for you and me because HE loved us…He gave HIS only son for us. That is perfect Love. He loves you so much. Your life will change drastically after you accept Jesus in your life. Then everyday will be Valentine’s Day in your life. Please do not think that his occupation is to love, no, JESUS Himself is LOVE. Wipe away those tears from your eyes which you were shedding since many years because there was no one to love you. You are a new creation from today if you are ready to accept Jesus. No eyes have seen or no ears have heard what Jesus has kept in store for you. Dear friend Jesus, I thank you for opening my eyes to the reality. I am sorry for what ever I have done. I thought there is no one for me. Worship: The Jacob Way

Hi pal,
hope you are rejoicing in the Lord. Few months ago while I was getting ready to pray the Lord taught me about worship-the Jacob's way. Let me go into the subject now.

Genesis 35:1-7
verse 1
God said to Jacob, " Now move on to Bethel and settle there. Build an alter there to worship me-the God who appeared to you when you fled from your brother, Esau."

verse2
So Jacob told everyone in his household, "Destroy your idols, wash yourselves, and put on clean clothing.

verse3
We are now going to Bethel, where I will build an alter to the God who answered my prayers when I was in distress. He has stayed with me wherever I have gone."

verse4
So they gave Jacob all their idols and their earrings, and he buried them beneath the tree near Shechem.

verse5
When they set out again, terror from God came over the people in all towns of that area, and no one attacked them.

This is the passage. Now the context is when Levi and Simeon had destroyed the city of Shechem, Jacob was afraid that Shechem and their allies would attack them.
That is when the Lord spoke to Jacob and said (v1) "Now move on to Bethel and settle there. Build an alter there to worship me-the God who appeared to you when you fled from your brother, Esau"

Bethel- House Of God (or) The Place where God dwells.
The Lord God invites Jacob to His own home to build an alter there ie., to worship Him. Here the Lord shows Himself as a God who rescues His people. But it is so interesting to read what Jacob told his household

# Destroy your idols,
# Wash yourselves and
# Put on new clothing.

Wow, He knew what worship was. He told his family especially to Levi and Simeon to destroy the idols they got from the plunder, to take a shower and to wear new clothes for their were going to Bethel.

My dear friends, we too need to know that before setting out for worship we need to destroy our idols, the things which has replaced God's place in our lives. We need to get rid of the filthy, nasty dirt by allowing Jesus Christ to wash us with His Blood and put on a new clothing, a clothing of praise. Isaiah 61:10 says "To appoint unto them that mourn in Zion, to give unto them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the GARMENT OF PRAISE for the spirit of heaviness; that they might be called trees of righteousness, the planting of the LORD, that he might be glorified."

When they did these things and set out to worship the Lord and the Lord's terror struck the city of Shechem and their allies(v5). Because PRAISE can pull down any obstruction, all of satan's plans are demolished say Amen. When God's people start praising Him, He Himself comes into their position, that is what happened when Israelites faced the great wall of Jericho.

In verse 1 we see that the Lord shows Himself as the One Who rescued, then Jacob understands and recoginses God as His only rescuer. Now in verse 3 Jacob says that the Lord STAYED with him wherever he went. This clearly shows the closeness of Jacob with the God of his ancestors. That is why the Lord says in v1 "Now move on to Bethel and SETTLE DOWN...." What a previledge for the great man that the Lord Himself invites Jacob to Settle down in His own home(Bethel). First God was with Jacob, now Jacob is with God. This is what worship will do.

Now,

Worship: The Jacob Way is

1) Self Examination (Destroying the idols)
2) Cleansing (Washing by Jesus' Blood)
3) Thanking Him (As Jacob praised God for He rescued him)
4) Worship (Pleasing Him)

Lets Pray:
Darling Jesus, My Father help me to worship you THE JACOB' WAY, Amen.

Man Of War

Friend in Christ,
Its my great pleasure to meet you again. Today evening after my exams I came home and was watching the live telecast of America's new president Barack Obama's inaugural concert then the Lord reminded me something. It was on the 12th of this month (Monday) while I was praying the Lord spoke to me again and said "Countries will rise up against each other for war." I was too frightened by those words. I continued praying then the Lord said "Obama will be a man of war. There will be great war during his period in the White House" I knelt dead silent, felt the need of prayer like never before.
Pray for the President of America.
Keep PRAYING.

My first post in my first blog

Friends in Christ, i am so glad to meet you through blogspot. I believe the Lord who spoke to Ballaam through a donkey can speak to you through this blog.
On the very first day of this year when i was praying the Lord told me three things which would happen this year. I desperately wanted to share it with you, because I believe that if the Lord reveals His secrets to His people then it is for them to pray and not to boast about it. Firstly the Lord said that there will be spiritual deception this year, where lot of people who are called to be His children will be deceived by the misinterpretations of the Word especially in India. Secondly the Lord said that there will be immense growth in Biological research in India, were lot of advancements and new drugs will be found out. Thirdly the Lord said that there will be earth quakes of very high magnitude in India.
After this the Lord gave me a burden to pray more for the our great Nation. I urge you my dear friends in Christ do pray for our Nation for the Bible says "Then if my people who are called by my name will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways , I will hear from heaven and will forgive their sins and heal their land."-2 Chronicles 7:14, it is high time that we realize the need of prayer especially for India.
Prayer: Our loving heavenly Father we come before Your throne of grace now. Lord we thank You for rescuing us from the clutches of sin and giving us Your Spirit. We pray for our beloved brothers and sisters who live in this mighty Nation. Let Your love embrace them. Give us the burden to pray for the more and more. We pray in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, Amen.
